On poverty and inequality, Sharon Parrott testified before the House Budget Committee on how COVID relief efforts achieved historic gains against poverty and hardship while bolstering the economy. On housing, Erik Gartland’s chart book highlighted how relief measures reduced hardship for renters during the pandemic, but many still struggle to pay rent.
