Nicole is the Senior Policy Analyst for Marketplace and Private Insurance Policy on the Health team. She is a health policy researcher and advocate who has published more than 70 articles, papers, and reports. Her work has been featured in the press more than 100 times.
Most recently, Nicole was a Social Science Research Analyst and Presidential Management Fellow at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, where she worked on Medicare Part C and D payment policy. Prior to that, Nicole was a Senior Health Policy Analyst at the Center for American Progress, where she focused on health care access and affordability, drug pricing, competition, and health equity. She has also published research on state LGBTQ+ policy and health outcomes in Health Affairs Scholar.
Nicole holds a Master of Public Health from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Global Health from Duke University.
