Julian Legendre is a Research Associate with the State Fiscal Project team. Legendre was previously a research intern with the State Fiscal Project team, focusing on immigration and climate policies. Prior to joining the Center, they were a Next Leader fellow at the Institute for Policy Studies, where they researched and published analysis on far-right politics, French politics, and the solidarity economy movement. They hold a dual bachelor degree in Economics and International Affairs from the University of Nevada, Reno and a master’s degree in International Studies from the University of Montreal.
