CBPP Announces New Executive Vice President, Legal Department and Administration

The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities (CBPP) announced today that Nicole Greenidge-Hoskins has joined the organization as Executive Vice President, Legal Department and Administration following a national search. She will serve as the chief legal officer for CBPP, advising on legal, risk, compliance, and strategic matters, and will oversee Human Resources and Information Technology. Greenidge-Hoskins will also serve as Corporate Secretary for CBPP, advising the board on corporate governance matters.

“We are thrilled to welcome Nicole to the Center,” said Sharon Parrott, CBPP President. “Her deep commitment to our work, legal expertise, and experience supporting operational excellence will help CBPP meet this moment where expanding opportunity is more important than ever.”

An experienced and strategic senior executive and lawyer, Greenidge-Hoskins brings 25 years of legal experience as in-house counsel in mission-driven nonprofits and private corporations, largely in the health care sector.

Most recently, Greenidge-Hoskins served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the Human Rights Campaign and Human Rights Campaign Foundation, both of which fight for LGBTQ+ equality and equity.

She also served as hospital counsel to MedStar Franklin Square and MedStar Harbor hospitals and as general counsel to the Whitman-Walker Clinic and the D.C. Health and Hospitals Public Benefit Corporation.

“I am thrilled to join this team of talented, dedicated people,” said Greenidge-Hoskins, “and I am excited to bring my passion for advancing equity to CBPP as we work toward a country where all have access to affordable health care and economic security.”
