Tomoki Otani is a Messaging and Events Associate on the Communications team. He supports strategic outreach, message development, and events that help expand CBPP’s impact. He brings a strong commitment to making research more accessible and engaging the communities most affected by policy decisions.

Tomoki holds a master's degree in international relations from the University of Aberdeen. Previously, he served as a communications intern at CBPP and worked at Global Advisor Group and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe.
