Rami Elamine is IT Operations Manager. In this role, he provides day-to-day support for all computer-related, network, AV, and telecommunication operations, including serving as the lead for organization-wide staff training and support.
He has nearly 25 years of experience of providing and managing IT support for medium to large businesses and organizations in a variety of industries. He was involved in the development, testing, and deployment of the first mobile canvassing app to be used at a national level. Before joining the Center, Elamine was responsible for endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, and training of the more than 650 users at the Urban Institute. Elamine graduated from Davidson College and is certified in IT Service Management.
