Phil Hong is the Development Associate at CBPP. Prior to joining the Center, he worked with Global Giving and RAINN, primarily aiding in grant application review and fundraising. Phil also worked with The Laurel Center and the Action Alliance (VSDVAA), developing and implementing programs for underserved communities and providing community education around sexual and domestic violence prevention.  

Hong has a master's degree in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University, concentrating in social work administration and public policy, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Guilford College.
