Nora Malone is a Senior Content Strategist for state program development. In this role, she collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders to articulate and refine CBPP’s state policy vision and strategy and to strategically communicate that vision to internal and external audiences. 

Prior to joining CBPP, Nora was managing editor of Social Service Review, a quarterly social policy and social welfare journal published by the University of Chicago Press. She has also worked as an editor and author of Catholic books and children’s books. She holds bachelor’s degrees in English and Russian from Carleton College and was the recipient of a Fulbright Fellowship.
