Mia Guy is the Manager of Total Rewards and People Operations at CBPP. Mia manages the organization’s HRIS, Total Rewards Program, as well as onboarding within the People and Culture Team.  

Over the course of her career, Mia has helped build programs that strengthen workplace culture and support employee morale, including reworking onboarding processes. She brings a steady focus on communication and care to her work, rooted in the belief that people do their best when they feel seen and supported.   

She holds a master’s degree in HR Management from University of Maryland Global Campus and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
