Kiran Rachamallu is a Research Assistant on the Federal Fiscal Policy and Immigration policy teams. He previously interned at the Health Division of the American Institutes for Research, York County Department of Community Services, and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Rachamallu received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Biology from the College of William and Mary and wrote a thesis on minority perception of health care quality in the U.S.
