Keron is the Center’s Vice President for State Network Strategy. He is a seasoned community organizer and organizational leader with over two decades of experience driving grassroots movements, running campaign strategy, and building coalitions.

Throughout his journey, Keron has been known not only for his ability to inspire but for his rigorous dedication to operational excellence and impactful action.

Keron has worked on voting rights, racial justice, criminal justice reform, raising the minimum wage, voter turnout and engagement, marriage equality, labor and economic justice, immigrant justice, and education justice. His work and experience are intersectional and rooted in the idea that none of us are free until all of us are free.

In addition to his work as a campaigner and strategist, Keron is also an organizational builder and accomplished fundraiser. He has worked with a wide range of organizers to develop systems and processes that help them be more effective and has raised millions for organizers and campaigns. He is also a sought-after trainer and coach for organizers and movement leaders.
