Keecee is a Senior Manager of State Communications on the State Fiscal Policy team. She was previously a Senior Digital Strategist at the Legal Defense Fund (LDF) where she crafted narratives and digital advocacy campaigns. While at the Legal Defense Fund, DeVenny served in the award-winning Communications Department, where her work helped secure the 2021 Pepperpots Award and Fast Company’s Brands That Matter Award for the organization. She also bylined for LDF’s magazine, V.O.I.R., primarily writing cultural analyses and historical reflections.

DeVenny has a master's in public administration from George Mason University and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a B.A. in Communications Studies.
