Juan Portillo is an IT Support Specialist/Assistant Systems Administrator. His most recent role was as Desktop/Network Support Specialist for ThriveWell Tech (TWT). At TWT, he provided on-site IT technical support and services for several of Asbury’s senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and independent living communities. One of his main accomplishments there was taking the lead and executing the implementation of the campus wide Wi-Fi project. Juan holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Towson University.
