Clara Wilson is a Policy Analyst on the State Fiscal Policy team. Prior to joining the Center, she was a Senior Policy Analyst at Groundwork Collaborative, where she worked on a broad range of economic policy issues such as labor, tax, and corporate profiteering. Her research was featured in major outlets, including The New York Times and The Washington Post. Clara also interned at the Center for the Study of Social Policy and the Center for Economic and Policy Research. Earlier in her career, she served as a Legislative Aide to Michigan House Democratic Leader Christine Greig.

She holds a BA in Social Relations and Policy from Michigan State University’s James Madison College and a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University.
