Our colleague, Paul Van de Water, is on vacation, but we wanted to highlight a new piece from him; Judith Feder, professor of public policy at Georgetown University and senior fellow at the Center for American Progress; and Harriet L. Komisar, senior research analyst at The Hilltop Institute of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
