Kwame Boadi joined the Center in August 2010, serving as a Fellow with both the State Fiscal Project and the DC Fiscal Policy Institute.
Prior to joining the Center, Boadi worked in the offices of former Governor Tim Kaine (D-VA) and Senator Mark Warner (D-VA). His policy and research interests center on the relationship between politics and economics, and he holds a particular interest in issues pertaining to economic development, energy, and health care. He also has substantial campaign experience at the local, state, and federal levels.
Boadi holds a B.A. in political science and economics from the University of Virginia and an M.A. in international relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
