Idil Samantar is an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator with the Health Policy team. She has over 23 years’ experience supporting executive level staff and Board members at organizations such as the American Red Cross and the Phelps Stokes Fund. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from De Montfort University
