Food Stamp and Child Nutrition Policy

Joseph Llobrera

Llobrera joined the Center in September 2002 as a Research Associate working on Food Stamp policy and the State Fiscal Project.

He currently works on Food Stamp policy and low-income housing policy.

Before coming to the Center, he worked as a Research Assistant at the Urban Institute, where he focused on health policy and the working uninsured.

Llobrera holds an A.B. in Mathematics and in Urban Studies from Brown University and an M.A. in Geography from the University of Washington.
