Heather Long
Heather Long is a research analyst at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, where she specializes in climate change policy and economics.

Prior to joining the Center, Heather worked at Cambridge Associates in London advising international foundations on investment strategy. She was also an economics writer for The Guardian newspaper.

Heather holds masters degrees in financial economics and Medieval literature from Oxford University where she was a Rhodes Scholar, and a BA from Wellesley College.
