Carmen Francis

Senior Accountant

Francis serves as Supervisor of Accounting for the Center.

She is responsible for maintaining the Center's financial records and preparing financial statements.

Francis has more than 25 years of experience in accounting, including professional positions in both the United States and Jamaica.

Immediately prior to coming to the Center, Francis was assistant comptroller at The Youth Project. She received both a B.A. degree in Accounting and an MBA from the Howard University School of Business in Washington, D.C.  In addition, she holds a Masters degree in Divinity from the Howard University School of Divinity.
