The House Republican health plan would shift hundreds of billions of dollars in Medicaid costs to states over the next decade, new data from the Urban Institute show. These fact sheets provide state-by-state data on how much more states would have to spend to maintain their Medicaid programs (including the Medicaid expansion). Otherwise, states will have no choice but to institute deep and growing cuts to their Medicaid programs over time.
