Julian Legendre is a Visual Design Manager with the State Fiscal Policy (SFP) team. In this role, Legendre focuses on elevating the profile of the State Priorities Partnership (SPP) and extending the reach and impact of SFP products through cutting-edge visual communications strategies. They create strategic visuals to communicate key information and data related to state policymaking, develop compelling storytelling and fundraising material, and provide support with event design production. They also lead the development and application of SPP’s visual brand across digital and print materials.

They were previously a Visual Communication Specialist and a Research Associate with SFP. They hold a dual Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Affairs from the University of Nevada, Reno and a Master’s degree in International Studies from the University of Montreal.
