As Director of Network Organizational Effectiveness at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, Jake Endres builds the leadership, management, and governance capacity of organizations in the State Priorities Partnership. Most recently, Jake worked at the American Civil Liberties Union, where he supported the organizational and capacity-building goals of its 50 affiliates. Prior to the ACLU, he consulted to a variety of nonprofits throughout the Northeast. He serves on the board of the Brooklyn Scouts and the advisory board of Little Essentials, a New York City non-profit assisting children living in poverty. He holds an MBA in management from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a B.A. in social psychology from Wheaton College.
