Edward Solis

Help Desk/Junior Network Administrator


Ed Solis joined the Center’s Information Technology (IT) team in 2015 as Help Desk/Junior Network Administrator.

Solis has worked in IT for nearly 15 years in the Washington DC area. His career started at the American Bankers Association working as the IT Service Desk Support Analyst. He also worked for Chemonics International as the IT Customer Support Senior Team Lead.

Solis has been a member of HDI, a professional association and certification body for the IT Technical services and support industry, since 2000.

Through formal training and exposure to HDI best practices, Solis has developed excellent customer relations skills. He strives to provide world class service to end-users.
