Carmen Martinez is a Digital Communications Manager. She produces the Center’s shareable graphics, leads video production and other digital content, including managing the Center’s Facebook and Instagram channels. She is also a digital liaison to the State Fiscal Policy and Food Assistance teams.

Martinez joined the Center in April 2016 as a Digital Communications Associate. Prior to joining the Center, she was a Communications and Events Assistant at the Center for Clean Air Policy (CCAP), where she managed the organization's targeted communications and online presence. She also collaborated with domestic and foreign partners to organize high-level CCAP dialogues and events.

Martinez, a first-generation college student, graduated from the University of California, San Diego. She holds a B.A. in Communications.
