Liv Garahan is a Graphics and Web Posting Specialist in the Center’s Communications Division. She designs visuals for Center publications and posts publications to the Center website.

Prior to joining the Center in 2018, she worked at a law office in Annapolis, Maryland. She is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland and holds an M.S. in human-computer interaction from the University of Maryland.
