Leo Wilking

Leo Wilking joined the Center in June 2008 as Senior Development Writer. On the basis of information obtained from policy analysts, program staff and other sources, he prepares funding requests and status reports sent to foundations and individual donors.

Before coming to the Center, Wilking was an attorney in private practice, an assistant attorney general in North Dakota, and staff counsel and legislative assistant for U.S. Senator Quentin Burdick.

Wilking has a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
