Katherine Lira
Katherine Lira joined the Center in 2008 and is a Program Associate for the State Fiscal Project.

Prior to joining the Center, she worked as legislative and research assistant for a consulting firm in Sacramento, CA.

Lira holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Davis and an M.P.P. from The George Washington University Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration.
