Communications
Janet Hodur
Hodur joined the Center in June 2008 to guide communications for the Federal Budget Initiative, a project that provides information and technical assistance about federal budget, tax, and low-income policies to state non-profit organizations. She also handles the Center’s communications work on climate change.

She has managed communications campaigns for numerous poverty-focused think tanks and advocacy organizations in Washington, including Bread for the World, the International Food Policy Research Institute, and Global Action for Children. Hodur also oversaw media relations and public affairs at Resources for the Future.

Hodur holds a Masters in International Affairs, focused on development, from Florida State University, and a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Marquette University.
