Harika Masud

Harika Masud joined the International Budget Project in June 2007 as a Program Associate.

Prior to working at the Center, she worked with the National Employment Law Project and the World Bank in the United States and the Kashf Foundation in Pakistan.

Harika obtained her Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Social Sciences from the Lahore University of Management Sciences in Pakistan, and she holds a Masters degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Michigan. She speaks English, Urdu and Punjabi.
