Andrew Nicholas

Nicholas joined the Center in July 2007 as a Research Associate with the State Fiscal Project.

Prior to working at the Center, he taught English in Yang Zhou, China and worked several legislative sessions at the Washington State Legislature.

Nicholas holds a B.A. in Political Science from Central Washington University and an M.P.P. from American University’s School of Public Affairs.
