Aleya Horn
Aleya Horn

Horn joined the Center in July 2007 as a Research Associate in the Outreach Division. Her work focuses on the Center’s annual national survey of eligibility rules, enrollment procedures and cost-sharing practices in Medicaid and the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP).

Prior to coming to the Center, Horn worked at the Association of American Medical Colleges, conducting national surveys and providing research support. She also worked for Planned Parenthood of Central Pennsylvania as a Community Health Educator.  Prior to that position, 
Horn spent two years in the Peace Corps in Paraguay.

Horn holds a BA in Sociology from McDaniel College and is completing her Master of Public Policy at Georgetown University.
