Food Stamp Program Participation Data:  state data on number of participants and households by month and fiscal year, average benefits, and total amount of benefits (from records kept by the states of actual issuances, not estimates)

Characteristics of Food Stamp Households: yearly report issued by FNS  including state data on demographics, sources of income, poverty status of food stamp participants (estimates based on data collected as part of the quality control process).
