Project Manager, State Fiscal Policy
Marlana Wallace is a Research Associate & Project Manager with the Center’s State Fiscal Policy division. Since joining the Center in 2014, her research has focused on tax policy, state EITC developments, and education finance. She also manages the Center’s project on state immigration policy.
Prior to joining the Center, she worked as a Policy Analyst & Public Interest Fellow for the Colorado Fiscal Institute, a State Priorities Partnership organization. As a Fellow, she conducted research on TABOR, tax credits, education funding, and pensions.
Wallace holds a B.A. in Sociology from Colorado College.
