Enrolling Children in Health Coverage Programs:
Schools Are Part of the Equation

This series includes five strategy briefs that describe a wide range of school-based outreach activities designed to alert families to the availability of health coverage for their children and to help get them enrolled. The series was produced as part of the Center's continuing work with Covering Kids, a national health access initiative for low-income uninsured children funded by The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Covering Kids receives direction from the Southern Institute on Children and Families.
