David Bradley

Policy Analyst

Bradley was a Policy Analyst with the Center's State Fiscal Project from October 2003 to March 2006. Bradley provided technical assistance and policy analysis on a range of tax reform issues. Prior to joining the Center, Bradley worked for nearly four years as a policy analyst for the Keystone Research Center, a public policy think tank in Pennsylvania, where he conducted analysis of the early care and education workforce, the Pennsylvania labor market, and the Pennsylvania tax system. While at Keystone, Bradley served as a technical advisor to the PA 21 Tax Project, a joint business-labor commission created to evaluate the Pennsylvania revenue system. He holds an B.A. in Political Science from the University of Richmond and a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. His dissertation won the American Political Science Association's national Lasswell Award for best dissertation in policy studies in 2001.
