Video: Honoring Richard W. Boone

As director of the Field Foundation, Dick Boone conceived of the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, in 1982, to protect programs for the nation's poor. He recruited Robert Greenstein to start it. This video honors his work in founding the Center and his extraordinary career dedicated to issues of poverty, civil rights, and social justice.
