What Will Happen to Housing Funding in the Next 2 Years?

Housing policy won’t be a top-line issue in the budget debates between President Obama and Republican lawmakers, but there’s lots at stake for some of the most vulnerable Americans. The good news is that, based on their initial moves, both sides support the idea of renewing rental assistance.  Beyond that, however, the focus is clearly on cutting housing programs.
