Delaine McCullough
Delaine McCullough joined the International Budget Partnership in June 2008 as a communications manager. She oversees print and electronic communications and manages media relations for the Project.
Prior to working at the Center, McCullough was the director of marketing and communications for Phi Delta Kappa International, an education association that works to strengthen K-12 education worldwide and cultivate future educators. Her other communications experience includes managing the media relations for the 1999 Microcredit Summit Meeting of Councils in Abidjan and contributing to the media outreach efforts of various environmental and economic justice organizations. McCullough also worked for four years as a policy analyst with the California Budget Project, where she worked on education finance and tax policy.
McCullough holds a Master's of Public Affairs with a concentration in comparative international affairs from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
