Colleen Pawling
Pawling joined the Center in 2004 as a Food Stamp Analyst, working on federal and state issues in the Food Stamp Program.
Previously, Pawling was the Food Stamp Program Specialist at the Nutrition Consortium of New York State and was a staff attorney for legal services programs in Upstate New York for six years, specializing in public benefits.
Pawling received her law degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
