Joseph Llobrera
Llobrera was a Research Associate working on Food Stamp policy, the State Fiscal Project, and low-income housing policy between September 2002 and September 2007.
Before coming to the Center, he worked as a Research Assistant at the Urban Institute, where he focused on health policy and the working uninsured.
Llobrera holds an A.B. in Mathematics and in Urban Studies from Brown University and an M.A. in Geography from the University of Washington.
