Rocío Campos
Campos joined the International Budget Partnership’s (IBP) Partnership Initiative (PI) in August 2010 as Program Officer for Latin America after serving as communications program officer since 2000.
In her new role, Campos oversees and supports the grants and projects with PI partners in Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Mexico. Campos has worked with several organizations, including the Latin American Center of Globalization (CELAG) in Mexico City, the Helen Kellogg Institute for International Studies in the U.S., and the Transnational Foundation for Peace and Future Research in Sweden.
Campos obtained her MA in International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame and her BA in International Affairs from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She has also studied at the University of California (Berkeley), La Sorbonne, and the European University in Austria.
