We are in the process of preparing the 2004 Earned Income Credit Campaign Outreach Kit for release this fall.  The kit will contain up-to-date fact sheets on the EIC and the Child Tax Credit, as well as further details and examples concerning the new EIC pre-certification eligibility rules.  As always, it will include promotional materials (posters, flyers, envelope stuffers) in English and Spanish, sample tax forms and a comprehensive guide full of ideas on how to run a successful outreach campaign to reach workers eligible for these valuable tax credits and how to link them to free tax filing assistance.
