This outline provides information on U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) resources that can be used to provide employment and training opportunities and support services to families seeking to move from welfare to work. For ease of reference, the information is presented in outline form rather than in a narrative paper.  Additional information on some of the programs may be found in other Center papers available on the Internet.
